🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 working days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original condition — unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 4–10 business days.

⚠️ We do not offer refunds for change of mind. In such cases, only exchanges are accepted.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
